New Health & Safety Measures

To protect the wellbeing of our customers and staff, we have implemented the following health and safety measures at Blue: The Transit Store.

Face Coverings Required

Visitors must wear a face covering at all times while inside the store, and when waiting to enter. Face coverings may include fabric masks, bandanas, scarves, and neck gaiters, so long as they fully cover your nose and mouth.

Guidelines for Children & Persons with Disabilities

Children under the age of two (2) should not wear a face covering, nor should anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unable to remove the covering without assistance. Children between the ages of two (2) and eight (8) should only wear a face covering with help and supervision from an adult.

Limited Occupancy

No more than ten (10) people are allowed inside Blue: The Transit Store at any time. Customers must use the intercom at the main entrance to request access into the facility; only one (1) person may enter at a time. Please do not enter if you have a fever and/or feel sick.

Social Distancing

Upon entering, customers must check in at the kiosk, pull a paper ticket, and wait to be called to the appropriate window. While inside, please stand at the designated floor markers and keep at least six (6) feet apart from others.

Cleaning and Sanitizing

We are conducting elevated cleaning and sanitizing nightly, to help protect against the spread of COVID-19. Additionally, high touch areas inside the store (i.e. handrails, counters, ticket kiosk, etc.) are disinfected every 60 minutes during business hours. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the facility, and customers are encouraged to sanitize their hands before and after visiting.
