During Metro's Expo Line station closures in Downtown Los Angeles, Big Blue Bus (BBB) will operate an express shuttle with direct service between 7th St./Metro Center and LATTC/Ortho Institute Expo Stations, beginning Monday, June 24 through Friday, August 23.
Shuttles will run every 15 minutes on weekdays only, from 5am - 8am and 3pm - 6:30pm.
To 7th St./Metro Center Station:
Buses will depart from the LATTC/Ortho Institute station on westbound 23rd St. and Flower St. (before the intersection), and travel west on 23rd St., turn right on Figueroa St., and passengers may disembark on northbound Figueroa St. at 7th St. (before the intersection).
Board at: WB 23rd St. at Flower St. (before the intersection)
Disembark at: NB Figueroa St. at 7th St. (before the intersection)
To LATTC/Ortho Station:
Buses will depart from southbound Hope St. and 7th St. (before the intersection) and travel south on Hope St., turn left on 9th St., right on Grand Ave., right on 23rd St., and end service on westbound 23rd St. and Flower St.

Disembark at: WB 23rd St. at Flower St. (before the intersection)

What are my other options for traveling to/from Downtown Los Angeles?
BBB Rapid 7 or Route 7: Connection to Metro's Purple Line at Wilshire/Western Station. Buses serve Pico Blvd. with combined service every 7 minutes during weekday peak hours.
BBB Rapid 10: Express service between Santa Monica and Downtown Los Angeles, during weekday peak hours only.
Metro is also operating four (4) shuttles to transport customers between closed stations:
Metro Local Shuttle 856: Stops at LATTC/Ortho Institute, Pico, and 7th St./Metro Center Expo Line stations only.
Metro Local Shuttle 864: Stops at all stations that are out of service.
Metro Select Shuttle 863: Limited stop service between Compton and Downtown Los Angeles via I-110 and Flower St.
Metro Express Shuttle 860: Serves select Blue Line stations between Downtown Long Beach and Downtown Los Angeles via I-110.
